Unopened Items
Unopened snacks in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. For food safety reasons we cannot accept opened items.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged, crushed or incorrect, email us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we will send a free replacement or a full refund.
How to Return
Email us with your order number and the items you'd like to return. We will reply with return instructions within 1 business day.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days after we receive the return.
