All Munchly snacks are made without the top 9 allergens: peanuts, tree nuts, milk, eggs, wheat, soy, fish, shellfish and sesame. Always check the label on your package for the most current ingredient information.

Yes. Everything is baked and packed in our dedicated facility, where none of the top 9 allergens are allowed on site. Every production lot is tested before it ships.

Unopened, our cookies and granola stay fresh for 6–12 months (check the best-by date on each pack). Once opened, reseal and enjoy within 2–3 weeks for peak crunch.

Orders ship within 2 business days. US Standard takes 3–6 business days (free over $40) and Express 1–3. Canada takes 5–10 business days, and other countries 10–20 business days.

For food safety we can't accept returns of opened snacks. Unopened items can be returned within 30 days. If anything arrives damaged, crushed or incorrect, email us a photo within 7 days and we'll send a free replacement or refund.

We accept PayPal and major credit and debit cards through PayPal's secure checkout. You don't need a PayPal account to pay by card in most countries.

You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. You can also check your order status anytime on our Track Order page using your order number and email.
